After having spent over 20 years in full-time ministry, I have learned valuable skills that help students change their decision-making principles by changing their habits and mindset! As a father of 5 and a husband of 23 years to my one and only, I value leadership and accountability. I teach students skills like vision, goal-setting, time management, problem-solving, confidence, emotional intelligence, gratitude, and overcoming fear.

Background
Jason grew up in Southern California, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. Went to Liberty University where he got his BS in Student Development in 2002 and his Master’s in Strategic Communication in 2022.
Experience
As a pastor, Jason has impacted students and adult leaders in every environment he has been in. He also grew up in the marketing business, has worked in retail, and even helped run a breakfast cafe!

Jason believes in creating new habits by helping others find out their skills and creating systems that drive motivation not only for teens and young adults but for any leader willing to be coached!
